                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                OCTOBER 15, 2012

10:00 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                        Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur

1. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications

for exemption for the owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel  72-103 Clause 41C     Granted

            Parcel 70-45    Clause 41C     Granted

            Parcel 77-25    Clause            41C    Granted

            Parcel 70-45     Clause 41A    Granted

            Parcel 19-8      Clause 22       Denied

2. The Administrative Assessor updated the Board on the request by Verizon for an abatement for Fiscal 2009 for their personal property account. We will wait for a ruling from the ATB on their 10/09/2012 hearing on similar cases with Boston and Newton.

3. The Board directed the Administrative Assessor to purchase a new chair to

replace an old one.

4. The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, October 29, 2012.
